Booking Alison as your motivational speaker:

How long is Alison’s talk or workshop?

This depends on your booking - everything we deliver is bespoke, but our most popular session timings are keynotes (30–60 minutes) and interactive workshops (60–120 minutes). Timing will be confirmed in your event brief.

Will Alison bring her own slides?

We’ll send Alison’s bespoke PowerPoint (.pptx) slides to you ahead of the session so your AV team can run them from your system. The presentation includes embedded videos which require sound, so we recommend testing it in advance to ensure smooth playback. Alison will have a backup copy on a USB just in case.

Can Alison record a short promo video for our event?

Yes, Alison can provide a short video clip to help you promote her appearance on social media or your website.

What AV setup does Alison need?

A screen/projector connected to a presentation laptop capable of running PowerPoint (.pptx) with sound enabled for video playback, plus a lavalier (lapel) microphone for freedom of movement. Please ensure your AV team tests the slides and embedded videos in advance.

Does Alison travel the night before?

For morning sessions, yes — Alison usually arrives the day prior to ensure she’s fresh and ready to go. Travel and accommodation are arranged in line with the confirmed agreement.

Alison’s Signature Songs:

The Technicalities:

  • Alison is incredibly flexible when it comes to microphone requirements and is comfortable using most models, however her preference is LAV mics.

  • All of our slides are built and presented on Microsoft Powerpoint. They are sent over to the event organiser for download prior to the event via WeTransfer. We use videos with sound embedded within the PowerPoint presentation, so audio playback is necessary.

    If required, Alison can also bring her laptop and a USB stick containing the slides just in case of any problems.

  • Alison is incredibly flexible when it comes to delivering virtual presentations and can deliver them on a wide range of platforms. She is happy to learn how to use new platforms, and can also recomend platforms that may be suitable for the event.
