Dr Alison Edgar MBE specialises in high performance, ownership, and the behaviours that drive commercial success within organisations. With over three decades of experience across global businesses, she has built her reputation as a consistently high-performing sales professional and trusted advisor to leading brands.
Her career placed her inside a company that once dominated its industry worldwide, where she witnessed firsthand how resistance to change and a lack of accountability led to significant decline. That experience shaped her focus on understanding what separates teams that perform from those that stagnate.
Today, she works with organisations to translate these insights into practical, high-impact frameworks, equipping individuals at every level to think like owners, take responsibility for results, and contribute to high-performing, future-ready teams.
Rebecca Coles: Business Manager
Rebecca Coles specialises in organisational behaviour and workplace psychology, with a particular focus on integrity, accountability, and how individuals think and act in professional environments. For almost a decade, she has worked in partnership with Dr Alison Edgar MBE, co-developing the thinking, frameworks, and programmes that underpin their work with FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies.
Her work centres on analysing organisational challenges and translating them into practical, psychology-informed programmes, embedding better judgment and ownership into the way teams work at every level.
