Impactful Female Speaker
Because the IWD brief is hard. You want a speaker who'll move the room and say something that holds up, warm without being saccharine, honest without being heavy. Alison does both, and she's Scottish enough to keep it real.
She's been the only woman in the room
Alison built her business from her kitchen table and went on to advise some of the world's biggest brands. She doesn't talk about confidence in the abstract — she talks about earning it back after losing it, which is the version people actually recognise.
She leaves people with something to do
Her whole approach is intrapreneurial: think like an owner, back your own ideas, make the move. An IWD audience walks out with practical things to apply immediately.
She reads a room like a pro
Boardroom, factory floor, 800-person conference or a Teams call — Alison matches the energy in front of her. The humour lands, the stories are at her own expense, and nobody checks their phone.
She makes your organisers look good
Easy to brief, reliable on the day, and generous with the bits around the keynote — the photos, the Q&A, the corridor conversations. The kind of speaker you book again next year because she’s got an armoury of stories, anecdotes, and actionable takeaways.
What does the keynote cover?
The through-line is confidence that turns into action — backing yourself, owning your ideas, and getting them heard in rooms that weren't built for you. Alison weaves in her own story, the research, and a fair bit of laughter, then lands it on what your audience can do next.
On the 2027 theme: IWD announces its official campaign theme closer to the day, and your organisation may have its own focus too. That's fine, Alison's keynote is built to flex around your theme rather than ignore it, so the talk feels made for your event, not lifted from a template.
Alison is knowledgeable, practical and very entrepreneurial, so when we had an event where MetLife needed a speaker I didn’t think twice to recommend her as I knew she would be able to deliver the best virtual, yet interactive session for our 500 women salesforce.
Overall Alison is a pleasure to interact, work and learn from and I look forward to working with her again soon

Don’t take it from us, hear it from our clients who booked Alison for women’s events:
Alison blessed us by attending our Ladies in Leadership day at Royal Ascot. She gave a fabulous speech and inspired so many in the room with her stories and advice.
I feel really thankful to have met a fellow vivacious and positive Scot! Would 100% recommend Alison and will be asking her back without a doubt
-Avon, Sky
Working with Alison and her team was seamless. Alison is full of energy and just ‘gets it’ around business elements. We focused on performance culture and bringing our people into a growth mindset, and Alison immediately understood what we were trying to achieve, and the content of her presentation was customised to fit. Alison is an inspiration and an absolute pleasure to work with

Every session is built around your business.

Always. Before the day, we'll talk through your audience, your sector and what you want people to walk away with, then shape the stories and examples around that. It should feel like it was written for your room.
